Hands off management unless you need a lot of guidance. Telecommute 2 days a week. Pay isn’t horrible for social service field. No MA/MS needed.

Cons

High caseload. Challenging cases that expect too much from coordinators.

My boss is incredible however she retires in July and this is why I am looking elsewhere.

Cons

Toxic work environment, collaboration with other departments isn’t supported, only supervisors can collaborate for you. Over worked, undervalued, understaffed.
