      The organization seems to be on a solid financial footing. Workloads are demanding and consistent.

      Cons

      Compensation and benefits are not progressive below director/provider level. While it has improved in the last 2 years interdepartmental cooperation to a common corporate goal is not a priority.

      San Luis Valley Health does a great job supporting their own team members and promoting from within. If you are good at what you do you can go a long way here.
