      Pros

      The main campus is good. The courtyard cafe is pretty good. A lot of concentration on eating healthy. 401 K benefits are decent. They have a very strong fitness program. The Enrich you life program and reward system is good. A lot of work towards humanitarian causes which I really like.

      Cons

      The work for me is slow. Lots of procedure involved. Also, I think there are too many meetings which can hamper work.

      Pros

      There are only a few sections of IT where the going is good but software development is not one of them. So consider it before you think of joining IT.

      Cons

      Has a complete sweatshop mentality and attitude, especially if you're of Asian Indian origin. The Director is prone to yelling at you in profane words in front of your colleagues, not letting you go home until the job's done, etc.
