Great place for a fresher

Pros

SanDisk is a great place to work. You can find people with very good knowledge and you will get to learn from them a lot. If you are a university hire, you will go through very good trainings. From the 1st or 2nd month itself you will be put it into a major project instead of wasting a lot of time in training. Apart from work, there will a lot of fun activities conducted in SanDisk which you will enjoy.

There is nothing I can find as of now!

Pros

> Work Environment is awesome. Too much freedom to come and go. So you can do whatever you want to do as there is no restriction. > People are very friendly and helpful. > Intranet of the company is extremely useful as it contains lot of info regarding storage domain. So if you want to learn something new in this domain just log in and start reading. > You have access to almost everything, including company's quarter meetings and presentations. So you can know anything you want to know about this company.[ > Perks are also good.

Cons

> There are staff engineers placed at every level of organisation which is destructive as they don't have any technical knowledge (or even if they have they never do any technical work) and they will manage the technical employees which is not right. > Lots and lots of meetings. Seriously sometimes you feel that you come to office just to attend unproductive meetings in the face of KT(Knowledge Transfer) > Food is very bad. I don't know about the present situation but at my time being a north indian I used to detest the food there.
