      People care and are passionate about what they do. Company offers events and supports their employees.

      Cons

      Workloads are heavy especially with new systems being built.

      Pros

      So many pros to working at SanMar! Best family, work life balance I have ever had. So much support for ideas to be shared. Regularly recognized for hard work. Fun and laughter ALL THE TIME!

      Cons

      Poor communication from senior leadership and between departments.
