Owners and management care deeply about staff and the long term health and growth of the company. Flexible and positive people.

Cons

Really nothing big. Always room for improvement. Wishing we all can go back to the office safely at some point soon.

Some cons are the number of days off you can have in 6 months. It can sometimes be a challenge when things come up.
