Pros

The culture is pretty great. Everyone is kind and generally happy to be there. Definitely feels more like a family than other companies. But, I can't say that the people are the most ambitious I've ever worked with. Company also has never done a lay-off even in the pandemic, so great job security.

Cons

Low salaries. If you're going to require employees to come back into office, at least adjust their pay than a measly 5% annual raise that doesn't even cover inflation.

Sometimes employees will be off task and make it difficult for you to do your job. Wish the leads or supervisors would do more about them.

Cons

Can make good numbers by screwing everyone else? Then management will favor you. Management acts like they care but they really don’t. They pick favorites and let those favorites exceed more than anyone else.
