S&A will provide you everything you need to succeed: training courses, equipment, a flexible schedule, you name it. If you are driven and prove yourself, you will have tremendous opportunities for growth. No micromanagement. The firm embraces technology and is fully remote-ready. There’s great camaraderie among the staff and lots of emphasis on team building. Pre-COVID events included a sailboat cruise in Annapolis, numerous concerts, and a vineyard trip, just to name a few.

Cons

Not necessarily cons, but be aware his job is demanding and you will have a high degree of responsibility no matter which position you hold.
