Loss its culture and focused on bottom line
Pros
Currently, I find it challenging to highlight any positive aspects about Sandata. In the past, it used to be an excellent workplace. However, since the involvement of AKKR and the addition of a particular executive member, there seems to be a focus on reducing resources within the team.
Cons
Sandata's primary focus appears to be solely on the bottom line. Furthermore, decision-making within the team is often influenced by emotional considerations. If a member of the executive team harbors any dislike towards an individual, their tenure with the company becomes precarious. Projects consistently operate in chaos mode, lacking proactive strategies and relying heavily on reactive approaches. The overall atmosphere suggests a disorganized and reactive work environment, contributing to a less-than-ideal professional experience.
