Pros

Benefits are OK, fellow employees are the best part of this place.

Cons

Management is poor and out of touch with their employees. They promote lying to members about credit life insurance on loans. No training available to new and existing employees. The training depart is just a extension of managements used for spying on employees.

Good start, easy to cross train in other departments

Cons

Poor managerment, absolutely no training system, nobody knows what they're doing, corporate is blind to problems in companyor they don't care not sure which it is. Pay for those that have been loyal to the company is way less than that of new hires. Moral in every department is EXTREMELY LOW. Meetings can my borderline verbally abusive

Pros

Good pay , holidays off and paid, started earning vacation right away and could use once you had accumulated enough time

Cons

Goals for loan officers to get more pay was changed and pretty much unable for anyone to get
