      Good work life balance. Great pay. Good opportunities to be involved with wide array of project work.

      Cons

      Can be stressful working for government sponsors and your position is not safe if there is a big funding hit. You are at the mercy of government funding for whatever programs you support.

      The place is so bloated with people who add zero value. There are few consequences for bad actors. Toxic politeness. So many horrible managers.
