Pros
There used to be many good people doing amazing work. Some are still there, but the Lab keeps losing its better people due to poor management.
Cons
Unfortunately, the Lab lost a lot of their good people due to poor management. There is a toxic environment due to the management. Some managers with long track record of creating conflicts with staff and pushing them out are still there. Because the upper management is not any better, and individual goals come before the mission. HR and the Ethics office are also terrible. They put pressure on the staff so that the Lab does not get into trouble. Unfortunately, I cannot say more here.
