Pros

Decent benefits, flexible work schedule, great managers.

Cons

If people don't need to go in person, they won't ever show up. Buildings are very quiet because everyone works from home. Makes working in NM even less appealing. Sandia goes on about diversity and inclusion, but there is not a lot of diversity there. HR is very slow and ineffective.

- Very flexible work schedule. -Every manager I have had was great. -Great mentors. -I thought the health insurance is good. - They have a medical facility and gym on site. - They have really cool tours and opportunities to work on different projects.

Cons

- They have a lot of diversity support but are not very diverse. Very few people in any given department were women or any other minority. -My main issue is that you're hire with the promise of certain work that you're interested in and come in with excitement but then are put on projects that aren't of interest. -Human resources is really slow to respond and bad. -Getting onto the work site is a pain every morning and afternoon. -Albuquerque takes a while to get used to and you kind of never really like it. It's interesting somewhat the first year because you've never been there, but gets old real quick.
