Pros

I get a perfect work life balance while working with Sandvik . There was numerous opportunities to learn and interact with seniours and experienced people. Got lot exposure here.

Cons

Sandvik is a great place and an organization to be associated with . Though I like interacting and facing tough people and situations but there are times when you can not do anything to make things better . I think I should have a better package as per the job I am doing.

New organisation was supposed to be faster, more delegating etc. Just the opposite happened. Red tape all over the place, investments stopped, employees dehonested. Very very very Swedish. pretends to be international company, but total SMT management is Swedish. Recent management style in Tube is closer to military academy then modern enterprise.
