Pay is decent with yearly increase which is standard for industry but could be better than standard. Older management is better than newer management

Cons

Not family friendly. New management is not experienced.

We’re supportive with competitive compensation in the beginning

Cons

-Things change after you sign the contract. Management is not catered to you. Their policies entitle patients over you and your job is like a costumer service representative rather than a doctor. -Dumping culture between specialists.

Not micro-managed and good trust in technicians.

Cons

Very rushed training, you have to advocate for getting proper training and support early on. No hazard pay for making chemo meds.
