      Pros

      Lots of great people from direct care givers to the many unsung heroes in the background.

      Cons

      Very bureaucratic. Not much trust with people at highest levels. Overburden middle managers.

      Pros

      -Easy to transfer. -Close to where I live. -Coworkers for the most part were decent. We all suffered together.

      Cons

      -A lot of them -Pay was poor, and raises were very little. -Insurance costs a lot, and I can't imagine how it would be for those who actually have to use it. -Inflexible scheduling. We were assigned to shifts without any input. -Frequent mandatory overtime, which I hear has gotten worse since I left. -Poor staffing, due to what I mentioned above. -Although it is easy to move laterally because all floors are short staffed, it is difficult to move up.
