Micromanagement of time, blatant favoritism, little to no room for advancement, poor training program, policies & procedures either non existent or difficult to locate on Inside Sanford platform, low wages far below national average, raises don't even cover the increase of Sanford Health Plan premiums annually & high co-pays. Sanford does not value its employees or strive to compensate them fairly, they seem only out to take over as many small clinics and make as much profit as possible.

Good experience with hands-on medical involvement / Growth in knowledge on medical conditions

Cons

Lack of sufficient training / Many other co-workers who do not care and push their work on the good workers / Big challenges working with nurses who most of the time do not want to help / Stressful emergency phone calls with little training on what to do with them.
