      Pros

      Patient focused - is everyone perfect, no, but the majority are all about patient care. Flexibility with work space. Friendly and supportive co-workers on my team - does everyone get along perfectly together, no, but we all support each other to get the job done no matter what. Excellent leadership for my team - best supervisor/manager I have ever had!

      Wish that the organization's leadership would prioritize compensation for employees more.

      The pay was lowest in the area The benefits until recently were poor, also. They did just revamp these!
