Pros

Starting pay for more of the entry-level jobs a bit above average. Excellent time-off benefits. Very friendly work-place, great co-workers!

Cons

It's a hospital, so you may be working odd shifts, nights, holidays, etc.. The annual raises are a joke-VERY tiny, and that co-worker who does the minimum gets the same raise!

Pros

Very organized health care system. Sanford does care about their employees and proves that by the many events and recognitions throughout the year. There are many opportunites to advance and in so many areas. I started as aide in the hospital and worked into management while enjoying every job along the way.

Cons

Sanford is growing at such a rapid rate that at times they over load the front line management while not always giving the support needed to keep from burn-out.
