      Due to Monopoly of area, employees are treated like a dime a dozen

      Pros

      Good low level staff, dedicated.Good benefits, Good IT department.

      Cons

      They have bought out most healthcare facilities in area, so if working for them does not work, plan on moving. Their orientation is not meaningful . I never saw my department manager for almost 2-3 weeks when I started. The boss was married to a worker in the department which was unprofessional and made staff uncomfortable about performance.

      Great people at a good company who look to improve

      Pros

      Great people with a good approach to a difficult environment. Fairly good support for employees. Seems nobody is ever fired from the organization.

      Cons

      Slow to move advancements in most respects. Sometimes the organization has difficulty managing the business with the religious component. They never seem to let anyone go.
