Pros

There's nothing good to say about this company. There is alot of drama and favoritism.

Cons

There is really bad pay, we get a raise of $0.245 cents per year. The new people get paid more than the people with more time in the company's that have been here for years. There's too much pressure.

Operators care about their work. People are very friendly. Compensation is fair.

Upper management does not communicate at all, no floor meetings or regular updates Zero care about safety Everyone is expected to have several titles, lots of "promotions" with no extra pay
