Pros

People on site are great to work with.

Cons

Everyone of the C suite execs are delusional and expect people to jump through hoops for a quarterly $150 "bonus". Yearly increases are pitiful. Resources needed to complete your job have to be approved but the CFO and CEO. Micro-management by people that have no clue how to do their own jobs. Constant rotation of employees. I can keep going.

Pros

There's nothing good to say about this company. There is alot of drama and favoritism.

Cons

There is really bad pay, we get a raise of $0.245 cents per year. The new people get paid more than the people with more time in the company's that have been here for years. There's too much pressure.
