There are a lot of good people working for the company. Many and diversified resources to draw on. Opportunity to get involved in facilities and programs all over the world. Flexibility in working arrangements

Cons

Sometimes top level management won't get out of the way and let the good people they hired do their job. Minimal raises (negotiate your salary up front)
