Senior Leadership knows all, refusing to listen to what customer wants even within the within agreement or listening to staff feedback. Want staff to be account for risk taken but do not want to back staff.

I love how the company focuses on high-quality products that save lives. The processes and control system are very organized. The culture is supportive, even outside of work hours. Plant manager and senior management are strong and unique in their approach and guidance ,which boosts motivation .They also care for retired employees. It's a good place to work.

Cons

Lots of regulations and procedures that take time to get accustomed to.
