Good health / life insurane for you and your family. It is a good stable company to work and learn for a few years.

Cons

Considered one of the worst paying electronic manufacturing companies at least in Mexico. It's basically impossible to keep growing profesionally and economically.

Most of the SOP and Procedures are fully setup under Oracle system. Experienced and well trained team.

Cons

Everything is procedural so there is no flexibility due to traceability requirements under medical product requirements
