Poor Management and No Vision
Pros
- Retirement based life - have affordabale food in canteen
Cons
1.) The engineers at Sanmina are experiencing micromanagement from their directors who are assigning non-job related tasks without following proper channels. 2.) Sanmina's job requirement training seems to lack emphasis on safety. 3.) Sanmina's internal tender decisions appear to contradict the company's virtual training that advises against fixed internal tenders. Despite the company's policy of having a free tender policy, the internal tenders are being decided at the management level, resulting in high costs and poor job ability compared to other tenders. 4.) The company does not seem to prioritize investing in the career development of its employees. 5.) The company is violating the MOM policy by always mandating fixed annual leave for employees during shutdown periods, for example, it is at least 10 days in 2022 and 2023 out of 14 days available . This policy disregards the flexibility that employees should have in planning their leave and may negatively impact their work-life balance. If you are new employee, you also be recommended to take unpaid leave.
