They'll take a chance on those with lesser experience.

Cons

They don't promote. Pay is very little. Management is clique-y, and there is no separation of work and personal life. You must be basically "on call" at all times.

Nice people all around you. Many people have been working here for long years so it's nice to have someone around who you can ask questions. Good starting place for new career seekers since its relatively easy since there is less competition with a ton of experience to be gained here.

Cons

Company feels very disorganized lacking many standard procedures that I believe are important. New employees barely have any training, they're just shown to their desk and put to work with zero training, much like how I was. Job duties are not distributed properly enough, some people do way too much and some people don't do enough. Your title does not necessarily mean you'll only be doing just that.

Pros

The people are nice. The company has the infrastructure (policies/practices) that a large corporation must. The constant revolving door of customers gives you an exposure to a lot of technologies & products.

Cons

The divisions work like personal fiefdoms of management. Some decisions made can be very emotional/momentary. The work environment is such that every employee is jittery about getting fired. The morale is extremely bad and a lot of emphasis is put on the timings you work than the quality of work. All in all extremely unsatisfactory.
