In my 20+ years in Silicon Valley this is the worst place to work. It is true Sanmina is rank #2 worst place to work in Silicon Valley. Low pay below average. There long work hrs including weekend/holidays. Very high stress environment. Many peoples there because pay check. Lots of them so afraid to loss their job so they take verbal abuse from manager. There so much high turn over in production. They hire lots of temp and no chance to be permanent. Most of production operator working 7 days including holidays. If you think about joint this company please think very very hard. You will be better off somewhere else with the same low pay.
