      Great people, free to share your ideas, hard to be fired ( when you do your work) great friends.

      Cons

      As a Software Developer is hard to work with managers that only wants do their best with their bosses and not with quality of Software.

      I like the equipment I worked on and it was a learning experience I enjoyed.

      The pay was not as good as the work performed and the products produced.

      Pros

      Management is great. Most jobs I've been to this would be my biggest complaint and while they don't exactly come out to the floor and give everyone on the floor a daily hug, they don't expect you to be robots or constantly complain to you if you make mistakes.

      Cons

      The pay could be better. Based off of what I hear, other companies doing the same thing pays more than sanmina. They say they are working on improving here and they seem to be slowly following through with that.
