      A lot of parking space. all you can park.

      Cons

      No goal, no one care when you bring up an issue. No career path. Hard work won't be recognized. Health insurance is not good. Around 10 days PTO per year.

      Pros

      Good people, work is easy if you're knowledgeable and capable, often the job can be laid back. pay is decent coming in the door. Health benefits are okay.

      Cons

      Inventory is a nightmare, warehouse is poorly mismanaged. Can't hardly ever get repair components in a timely manner, yet you are still expected to get your work completed. Upper management is full of cheapskates who do not hold any value on the people who getting all the work done. No raises, ever. No opportunity to advance. Bonuses only for management. 401k and matching is a bad joke.

      Gaining experience at one of the premier EMS companies worldwide. Good co-workers and employees.

      Cons

      Typical situation at large company -- divisional upper management located elsewhere did not appear to be understanding of the needs and challenges of the local plant, many changes were made at the local management level.
