      Pros

      Sanmina is a great place to develop skills. There are always opportunities for personal growth. I learned so much from working with this company and I am very grateful for that.

      Cons

      The compensation is not so great. The overall atmosphere is very dry. Office parties and celebrations were a thing of the past.
