      Decent place, but not right for me

      Pros

      Learned a lot about the electronics manufacturing industry, formed close relationships with coworkers and customers, was able to take on many minor roles within program mgmt. Didn't have a clear idea of my role, but was happy that I was able to be flexible and fit into anything that needed my support.

      Cons

      High turnover- saw many people leave during my time here; Employee dissatisfaction- employees working in the office didn't seem all too happy to be here, certain office employees were still at a temporary status even after working for over a year; Mgmt disorganization- when people in upper mgmt left there wasn't sufficient notice and no proper handoffs resulting in confusion

      The technology developed there is good and high tech.Good working environment.

      Pros

      Oracle is a decent database but not updated enough.

      Cons

      Too many chiefs and not enough indians. Upper management seems to promote people who know little, however, they dont teach them how to be a leader to their employees.
