Pros
Hands-on experience for everything PCB manufacturing; the lack of technician-level employees allows you room for technical operations yourself. Personally, I find that to be a positive point. In-house training by third party agencies - this job will provide proper certification. Many new engineers are fresh graduates while senior employees have been around for a long time; makes for a good learning environment.
Cons
Position as an engineer can be physically taxing and monotonous; a consequence of quick operator/ technician turnover. Processes are old and out-dated High expectations after manufacturing trials are complete
