      Pros

      I have worked with MES application support. GooD learning experience as fresher i learned whole process of production environment.Hoping it will make the way to deal with management side in IT

      They have huge employees in factory but have worst management. They will not consider the employee work core interest.

      Some of the people that I work with are great!

      Cons

      Salary is the biggest beef with majority of the employees. Flagship building built last summer and it has already had 2 floods,the ceiling leaks,the floors are filthy, and the noise level is ridiculous. Sounds like we work at an airstrip.

      Pros

      Provides opportunity to interact with people around the world and understand business in areas not just within local area. Allows individual growth but doesn't praise accomplishments enough.

      Cons

      "Sink or swim" training. Compensation is below average for area and position. Underestimates the value of investing in knowledgeable staff. Workload increases significantly over time however raises are near non-existent with most going 5 years or more without raise or cost of living increase.
