      Pros

      Good work life balance but it depends on the team which you work. If you are into IT and IT support team you would have good team and also good salary. But you are in other teams, then you would have tough times. Salary is very low and also hike is very low

      Salary is very low for non-IT teams.

      Pros

      I learned a great deal and for most of my career was able to help others and progress myself. I was given the opportunity to inspire an entrepreneur spirit and culture.

      Cons

      Over the past 2 years, Sr leadership lost its way and took on a new identify; one that lacked employee loyalty.
