Pros
Experience. Some really great people to work with. Constant activity. Always something to do.
Cons
The facility I worked were down to the bare minimum of employees. People would leave or get laid off and their workload would would be split. You were doing the job of 2 or 3 people. Moral was non existence. No raises in 10 years. We had employees who would come into work under the influence and nothing happened but they would lay off really good hard working employees.
