      Pros

      None, other than for a while it was a job in a struggling economy, and at one point long ago the benefits were good.

      Cons

      overtime of 20 hrs per week for over a year and still going. benefits are standard with the exception of the 401K match only being $125 a quarter, There is very little option for personal growth and the company invests nothing in the employees

      Pros

      Contract manufacturer that gives you flexible opportunities for cross training in different areas. Company is fairly consistent in keeping the employee base up to date via "town hall" meetings on quality issues and financial prospects.

      Cons

      Too much change over in workforce personnel via layoffs. Upper management very distant to the average blue collar employee (tone deaf), and reluctant to spend the money needed to improve the quality demanded in production by failing to commit to upgrade/replace aging equipment.
