Exprience is a must, or you will lose your mind looking for missing pieces to your kit. Most of the tools are broken, worn out. Very unorganized, team leads do not have time to help you. They do not allow people to NCR things, the team leader must do it. Along with a list of things that you should be able to do on your own. Leaving your lead always running around, aggravated, and tired. It is supposed to be lean manufacturing, but they are always missing parts from kits. There is no tool set specific to your bench. You either have to hide the tools you need, or pray that you can find them in the morning.
