      I liked some of the people there

      Cons

      the management will lie to you to suit their own agenda. Manager comes in smelling like alochol, The supervisors will tell you anything to keep you working. Heaven forbid you ask for FMLA, they will lay you off faster than you can say FMLA. They say you are eligible for rehire when in fact you are not. If you are not a family member or part of the clic then you won't last.

      My experience at Sanmina was incredibly fulfilling, largely due to the excellent team dynamics, proficient management, employee-friendly policies, positive work culture, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

      I do not remember any negative situation. I just miss my job, team, and good time.
