Bear in mind that only a minority of those with bad experiences will go down the legal road, so here's some of what you won't discover with that search. Leaving it, recent graduates thought they'd just been in a "good news" meeting until more senior staff translated his management-speak for them into "We're losing our jobs." They retained a handful of employees. When there were only two left, Sanmina gave them new employment contracts to be signed, but these were not the same as the versions they had been given to review. They told only one of the employees that they had made further changes to the contracts they were signing (that was after he had printed out and signed the review copy, which they had not expected him to do). Unless you're desperate, avoid this company.
