      Pros

      Some very good, passionate coworkers who strive for quality and accuracy in their work. A lot of coworkers who will give the extra effort to get things done, even when given impossible timelines and goals.

      Cons

      Management lacks ability to understand resources and impacts when organizing projects. Corporate likes to hand down requirements and tasks that dont seem to add any value.

      Competitive but not great salary and benefits Some employee oriented supportive programs Adequate parking and reasonable cafeteria Name is now easier to promote

      Cons

      Not a pleasant work environment - facilities and management No innovation and permeated with CYA attitude Eliminated defined pension plan and made no signficant change to 401k to compensate Company logo is lame Human Resources is neither human nor resourceful Most management are poorly trained in leadership and basic management skills Company will throw you under bus at every turn if it suits them

      Pros

      The ability to create your own day to day routing and schedule was nice.

      Cons

      The micromanaging was terrible. Threats of checking time stamps for signatures made the job tedious. It ended up being more about making it look right on paper than it did actually doing the right things for the accounts. The old boys club is alive and well. Upper management allowed sales rep that weren't on the top privleges because they were "in the club" vs based on performance.
