You can expect layoffs 2 or 3 times a year, without fail, corporate communication is awful, and it's nearly impossible to get anything done quickly because of the layers of red tape that they call "efficiencies." Sanofi is also notorious for not paying their vendors. It took me over a year to get a $300 vendor bill paid because the Finance team kept saying they never received any one of the numerous invoices said vendor repeatedly mailed into the Finance team over that year.

Difficult to get things done due to Sanofi's siloed approach and many, many steps and groups involved in process. Functions are being grouped in one location at any of the multiple Boston Metrowest locations breaking apart project teams. Good people continue to leave due to frustrations with Sanofi bureaucracy.
