      The facility was very nice.

      Cons

      Management was very out of touch with the competency of the contract workers with respect to daily performance and productivity of the team members. They did not display any desire to gather input from the supervisors of the department when determining who was to get laid off and who was to be retained. This resulted in the loss of a number of outstanding performers while a few of the biggest slackers in the group were kept.
