Raises and Bonuses are a joke in certain departments if you are a female w/ a family or life outside of work. Boy's club rules the roost. Complaints to upper management and HR go nowhere and are never followed up on. Org structure is disasterous in some areas. You have one level doing the 90-98% of the work of 1-2 levels higher but is told no promotion bc of that missing percent. However a male is doing 10% of the work at the higher level, being paid for it and no one thinks it's fair for him to start taking on more of the work required for that level.
