      Ok. but low moral and taking of benefits is taking it's toll

      Pros

      Health benefits are great, matches 401k up to 6%, free vaccines

      Cons

      Low moral, hard to get ahead unless you know someone, took away pension benefits, decrease in bonus and raise payouts. HR is completely worthless, and the ceridian(who does payroll) messes up paychecks frequently.

      Pros

      Lots of investment in making people better. They believe in making people ready for the next level. Since it keeps growing and outperforming the market, opportunities are also plenty.

      Cons

      There is a dichotomy - we preach and when the opportunity is there, we also indulge in malpractices... especially newly acquired Nutra and the established Diabetes team

      Pros

      Convenient location/commute for Lehigh Valley residents.

      Cons

      Management is terrible. So many layers that nothing gets done and no one will make decisions. Hiring process takes eons. Mission as a heath company producing vaccines to prevent disease is no longer priority. It's all about money and power. Top heaviness is also realized in compendation, double standards. Good Old boys Club still heavily prevalent. Political on every front, morale low in all areas. No room for development or advancement. Managers whine to hiring managers to block you from moving onto to better opportunities/promotions.
