Business Outlook
Pros
A lot of great people, great work environment, and the Toronto campus is amazing. Work was always very interesting in my opinion and my work hours were extremely flexible. Benefits are amazing as well.
Cons
A lot of red tape to get something done. Some of the unionized workers who have been there for so long don't really care about doing much anymore. They are very slow at their jobs especially when you need them for some sort of lab testing. Also, not much room to move up if you're not planning to get a masters.
