Pros

Great benefits-company contributes 9% to 401K, company shutdown between Christmas and New Years, lots of vacation.

Cons

Layoffs every year around Thanksgiving, not a lot of trust in stability. It seems as if they have been acquiring companies for the past 8 years and have not yet found their footing. It seems like it is going to be a good company, but not sure when that will be.

Pros

Direct leadership on sales side was great. Pay and bonus structure was comparable. Product portfolio made it easier to meet goals in most markets.

Cons

Sales quotas never decrease. They only increase. If there is new regional leadership, that leader's views are immediately pushed down into the field.
