Corporate attitudes. Would be better to work for Sanofi in France as its all they seem to care about

If you schmooze or know the right people you can move, but if you don't, you're out of luck. It's not a warm and fuzzy kind of place. There are also a lot of cliques. Maybe it's because people are so miserable there that they can't expand out of their clique because they have nothing else to talk about except how unhappy they are.
