Pros
I have not only ‘grown up’ in the professional environment of a major global company, I have also established my expertise and values from a brilliant employer who depended on me to contribute and to protect their interest over many years.
Cons
Very difficult to find any major cons apart from minor thing like the occasional communication not being too effective. This is usually found in many multi national organisations.
