      Pros

      High salaries and advantages compared to market. Good working conditions. Very good diversity and inclusion. Skilled employees, strong value and ethics. True patient orientation.

      Cons

      Too finance-driven, too short term. Pressure on budget and headcount without value analysis. Hiring freeze, leading to aging population and lack of motivation in some departments. Internal mobility not easy. Lack of career management. Decision making very complex. Long term strategy not clear.
